Caroline Cadieux Maxwell

Caroline works at the intersection of creative strategy and environmental impact. Her work brings together storytelling, partnerships, programming, and strategic engagement to connect ambitious ideas with audiences, collaborators, and opportunities for growth.

Over the past decade, she has developed communications strategies, partnerships, campaigns, and public-facing initiatives with leading organizations including National Geographic Society, Rockefeller University, Columbia Climate School, the United Nations, the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation, the Rothschild Foundation, and the Getty Foundation. Her work has contributed to more than $50 million in philanthropic and mission-driven investment supporting environmental, scientific, and public-interest initiatives.

Caroline holds a Master of Science from Columbia University, where she specialized in science communication. She is based in New York City.
