Caroline Cadieux Maxwell

Caroline works at the intersection of environmental impact, philanthropy, and culture. She brings together strategy, storytelling, relationships, and cross-sector collaboration to connect ambitious ideas with the people, resources, and opportunities that can move them forward.

Over the past decade, Caroline has developed campaigns, partnerships, public programs, and engagement initiatives with leading organizations including National Geographic Society, Rockefeller University, Columbia Climate School, the United Nations, the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation, the Rothschild Foundation, Christie’s, and the Getty Foundation. Her work has contributed to more than $50 million in philanthropic and mission-driven investment supporting environmental, scientific, and public-interest initiatives.

Caroline holds a Master of Science from Columbia University, where she specialized in science communication. She is based in New York City and works internationally.
